Grieg Investor

Øistein Medlien er utdannet sosialøkonom fra Universitetet i Oslo i 1985. Han har jobbet med kapitalforvaltning siden 1989, bl.a. i Storebrand som direktør med ansvar for investeringsstrategi for livselskapet. Han har også bakgrunn som forsker og foreleser i statistikk og finans, bl.a. for studentene på porteføljeforvalterstudiet til Norske Finansanalytikeres Forening og Norges Handelshøyskole. Carl Erik Krefting

Søylen Eiendom

Carl Erik Krefting, Søylen Eiendom. Etablerte Søylen Eiendom i 2004 sammen med Runar Vatne og Hans Petter Krohnstad. Søylen Eiendom er største eiendomsbesitter i Kvadraturen (eier bl.a. Posthallen), og eier også svært mye eiendom ved Egertorget. I mai 2009 åpnet Norges første «high end» magasin; Eger. Kjøpte i juli 2011 Steen & Strøm Magasin sammen med Schage. Carl Erik Krefting jobber aktivt for handelsstanden i Oslo, og er opptatt av at byen skal være levende og tilby mer enn brune puber og slitne fasader. Carl Erik Krefting har skrevet diverse juridiske artikler og fagbøker. www.soylen.no

Russell Chaplin

Aberdeen

Russell Chaplin is the Chief Investment Officer for Aberdeen’s property team and is a member of the property team’s management board. Russell is primarily responsible for the investment process and its application throughout the property business along with direct management responsibility for the research and strategy team. Russell joined Aberdeen in September 2010 from UBS Global Asset Management where he was Global Real Estate Strategist, responsible for delivering strategies and tactics related to global property investment. Previously, Russell worked for Henderson Global Investors as Head of European Property Research. Prior to that, he worked for Property Market Analysis where he was their Investment Analyst and for the University of Cambridge where he lectured on property investment. Russell graduated with a Ph.D. and M.Phil. in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge and a B.Sc.(Hons.) in Estate Management from Heriot-Watt University; he is also a member of RICS. www.aberdeen-asset.co.uk

Joachim Høegh-Krohn

Joachim Høegh-Krohn has broad experience from the asset management industry. He joined Argentum from Vital Insurance where he was head of one of Vital’s business units and has previously held positions as CEO and Chief Investment Officer of DnB Asset Management. Anne Grethe Solberg, Gender Consulting, er utdannet organisasjonssosiolog fra UiO. Hun har bred konsulentbakgrunn fra Hartmark Consulting, ISCO Group og Ernst & Young. I dag er hun forsker og driver Gender Consulting som fokuserer på kjønnsbalanse i næringslivet.

Elroy Dimson

London Business School

Professor Elroy Dimson is Leverhulme Emeritus Fellow at London Business School. He is also a Fellow and Visiting Professor at Cambridge Judge Business School. He is co-author of Triumph of the Optimists and of the Global Investment Returns Yearbook 2010 and of Endowment Asset Management. Dr. Dimson is Director and Past-President of the European Finance Association, and is a member of the advisory boards of the CFA Institute, FTSE Group, and Russell Investments. He serves on the investment committees of Guy’s and St Thomas’ Charity, the Foundation for Social Entrepreneurs, and the University of London endowment, and has been a member of the Strategy Council of the Norwegian Government Pension Fund. He has been elected to Honorary Fellowships of the UK Society of Investment Professionals and of the Institute of Actuaries, and to Membership of the Financial Economists Roundtable. www.london.edu

Jørgen Sandemose

Institutt for filosofi, idé- og kunsthistorie og klassiske språk ved Universitetet i Oslo

Jørgen Sandemose er førstelektor ved Institutt for filosofi, idé- og kunsthistorie og klassiske språk ved Universitetet i Oslo. I 2010 ga han ut boken «Kritikk av globaliseringsteorien, om nødvendig forståelse av produksjonsmåter og verdensmarked». Boka retter søkelys på hva de økonomiske formene i dagens verden. Sandemose er en autoritet på marxistisk filosofi og historieforståelse i Norge. www.uio.no

Øystein Thøgersen

NHH

Øystein Thøgersen is professor and head of the Department of Economics at NHH, the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration, in Bergen. His main fields of interest are macroeconomics and public finance. He has been a member of the executive board of Norges Bank, the Central Bank of Norway. In that capacity, he has shared responsibility for monetary policy as well as the management of the Norwegian Pension Fund (“the Petroleum Fund”). He has previously also served as a macroeconomic adviser to Norwegian brokerage firms, and he has been a member of an advisory council to the Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs. www.nhh.no
